Nominations
Nominations may originate with an individual, club or association, and must be signed by the nominator.
Nominations should outline as much factual information as possible, giving details of the accomplishments of the Nominee. Where possible, the claimed details of the accomplishments or service should be supported by documentation such as letters of reference, character letters supporting the nomination, newspaper clippings, citations, or copies of certificates, may be included with the submission, but must directly relate to the nominee(s) achievements or contributions. Nominations for athlete, builder or team must be submitted on the forms provided.
Nomination will be reviewed on an annual basis, deadline is October 1st of each year. Up to 10 inductees will be inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame each year. Nominators will be notified October 31st of each year. If the nomination does not meet the required criteria, nominators will be notified immediately. If the nominations is accepted but not chose for that particular of induction, the nomination will be notified and the file reviewed the following year.

All submitted nominations are the property of the Lac La Biche County and kept for historical research purposes, accepted or retired.
Photo Authorization
If selected, nominators must provide a photograph of the nominee(s) or team to be displayed on the Lac La Biche County Sports Hall of Fame Wall in one of the following formats:
High-resolution digital photo (1200 x 900 dpi, JPG or TIFF files preferred)
8” x 10” black and white or color-printed photo
Other (newspaper clipping, etc.)
Photos can be head/team shots or action shots. As the photographs will be displayed within a public facility. Lac La Biche County requires authorization from the photographer or whoever provided the photo to use the photograph for publicity purposes, on the Lac La Biche County and Bold Center websites, as well as within the Bold Center for exhibit purposes. Lac La Biche County will credit the photograph to the photographer in all uses. If the photographer is known, please include their name and contact information.
